How It Works
Enroll and Start Accruing Hours
We'll schedule a meeting to discuss your expectations and goals to ensure they align with virtual supervision. After signing a supervision contract, we'll plan an initial meeting to identify your strengths and needs. Regular check-ins will be scheduled to ensure your supervision experience meets your learning goals and expectations.
Weekly Supervision Meetings
We'll schedule weekly meetings via phone or online, at a time that suits you best. During these meetings, we'll review your coursework questions and discuss topics from the BACB Task List. We'll also work through real-life cases to address both clinical and practical needs. Each supervision meeting will cover important elements such as ethics, parent training, and best practices.
*Weekly online meetings are groups of no more than 5 supervisees.
Professional Practice Review
As per the BACB requirements for direct supervision, you will provide video samples of your client interactions twice a month. Additionally, you will provide samples of your programming for feedback. For local BCBA candidates, in-person observation is available.
