Dr. Jesse Santana, PsyD, BCBA, is a credential school psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and educator with over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and educators through evidence-based behavioral services. He holds a Doctor of Psychology in Educational Psychology and a Master’s in School Psychology from Alliant International University, as well as advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Dr. Santana is the owner and Clinical Director of The Santana Institiute for Learning, where he provides in-home ABA therapy, functional behavior assessments, parent consultation, and professional development. His practice is rooted in compassionate, practical, and data-driven approaches that empower children to succeed in everyday settings.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Santana is a passionate educator. He serves as a professor in graduate ABA and school psychology programs at Alliant International University and National University. In addition to teaching in graduate programs, Dr. Santana teaches undergraduate psychology course at Concordia University St. Paul.

Dr. Santana is also a practicing school psychologist and BCBA in the Alhambra Unified School District, where he supports students with complex needs and supervises interns and new professionals. Fluent in Spanish and committed to serving diverse communities, Dr. Santana believes in early intervention, culturally responsive practices, and helping every child access their full potential.
